How Hard Do You Train?

 Professional athletes use coaches to improve their sports performance; nutritionists to help improve their bodies, and mental health professionals to improve their cognitive abilities. In my workout sessions we implement all facets of training to make sure you get the most out of your time on the field or in the weight room.

Guidance and Inspiration

There is a lot of information out there about sports, nutrition, and mental health. But how exactly do they all fit in together? A person’s nutrition not only affects their body, but their mind as well. Nutrition can heighten our mental abilities by increasing our focus and helping us think quicker. On the other hand, poor nutrition can decrease our awareness and slow down our cognitive abilities. At CN3 Performance Enhancement I look at every aspect of your life and work with you to improve health in both body and mind inside and outside of physical training.

Mental Conditioning

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. In my therapy sessions, we will work together on how to face adversities during sport competitions and allow you to succeed no matter the situation.
