What is Performance Enhancement?

Carson Nance, MS, LCMHC, LPC

I am a practicing Licensed Clinical Mental Health Clinician with specialized training in sports psychology. I have served as the Nutrition and Performance Enhancement coach for Francis Marion University, where I worked with their college athletes on improving their nutrition, mental health, and overall performance. I also currently work with the collegiate population at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

As a lifelong competitive athlete, I spent my college years as a four-year student athlete while earning several degrees including my Masters in Psychology. I have worked with individuals and groups of all ages including serving as a head coach for the South Carolina Soccer Olympic Development Program, several NCAA programs, and both current and former professional athletes.  In my training, I focus on improving a person’s performance through mental, physical, and nutritional lifestyle changes. My end goal is to not only improve the individual’s performance and competitive edge, but to ensure they experience an improved overall quality of life.

Let's talk more about how I can help you become the strongest version of yourself.
