Mental Performance Expertise. Clinical Training. A Lifetime in Sport.
I help athletes strengthen the mental side of performance so they can compete with greater confidence, consistency, and control under pressure.

EXPERIENCE FROM EVERY SIDE OF PERFORMANCE
My perspective on mental performance comes from experiencing competitive sport from multiple sides—as an athlete, coach, and mental performance professional.
I competed as a four-year collegiate athlete, later served as a head coach within the South Carolina Soccer Olympic Development Program (ODP), and spent several years as the Mental Conditioning Coach at Francis Marion University, working directly within collegiate athletics.
Across these roles, I've worked with athletes from youth and developmental levels through NCAA collegiate and professional competition. My experience includes individual mental performance coaching, team and group training, coach development, and supporting athletes through the psychological demands of competitive sport.
My professional background also includes experience in fitness, training, nutrition, and clinical mental health. That broader foundation shapes how I approach performance today—not as an isolated mental skill, but as one part of the athlete as a whole.
My perspective is also shaped by my own experience as a four-year collegiate athlete. Having experienced the demands of college athletics firsthand—from competition and expectations to preparation, setbacks, and balancing life outside of sport—I understand many of the pressures athletes are navigating beyond what can be learned in a classroom.
My goal is not to create a different athlete. It’s to help athletes develop the mental skills to get more consistently out of the ability they already have.
